Yoga & Meditation Retreat for Men

Chiang Mai, Thailand

November 4-8 2025

Our Men’s Yoga and Meditation Retreat in Chiang Mai is a deep experience designed for men seeking mindful awakening, inner clarity and reconnection.

Nestled in the serene landscapes of Northern Thailand, just outside the city, this five day retreat offers a unique blend of yoga, meditation, and men’s work. Over the course of five days, participants will explore body and mind while practicing yoga and meditation. This retreat is for men who yearn for connection, both with themselves and with a group of like-minded individuals, all in a supportive and introspective environment.

Through carefully crafted exercises, we dive into our purpose and challenges, confronting the parts of ourselves that need healing and empowerment.

Yoga and meditation will ground us, while the men’s work sessions provide space for sharing, self-reflection and transformation.

This is not just a wellness retreat - it is an invitation to open up and reconnect with your deeper self.

If you are ready to embrace some time off, lean into vulnerability, and emerge with greater insight, then this retreat is for you. Expect to leave Chiang Mai feeling more connected, clear in your purpose, and empowered to face the next chapter of your journey.

“The yoga and meditation practices are great, given by a good teacher.”

Rudy Augsburger

“It was an experience on many fronts: the Country, the People, the Food, the Yoga & Meditation, the Religion and Spirituality, the Inner Journey reflecting on oneself. Sharing my experience with friends has been tremendous, all of them noticing a positive change in my behavior and outlook of life.”

  • A men’s retreat is an immersive space, away from every day’s burdens, that promotes self-care, connection, self-reflection and transformation. The surrounding nature allows its serenity to be the backdrop for grounding, encourages present moment awareness and introspection. Beyond the adventure, and the break from daily life, taking part in this motorcycle retreat for men is a conscious choice to explore yourself and connect with others, cultivating a foundation for mindful and healthier living, with deeper clarity and purpose.

  • Men born in male bodies, longing to take a break, recharge and connect deeper with themselves and like-minded men through Yoga, men’s work and meditation.

  • In this retreat we will practice Kundalini Hatha Yoga, a spiritual development practice rooted in Indian Tantric traditions, Tibetan Bön, and Tibetan Buddhism. It introduces awareness of body, and health cultivation, offering gentle purification and strengthening.

Topics in our practice will include elemental balancing postures, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation. Catering to all ages, body types, and fitness levels, this practice emphasises listening to one's body and commit to personal growth.

Leigh Barber

“I went on this journey to discover something about myself, both mentally and physically. I learned I came from a place of toxic masculinity as a result of my up bringing, this trip helped me realise and set a path away from this, experiencing other man open up as they did is something I aspire too, I acknowledge this will take time though. There were also realisations about myself that only came to light during the sharing circles which has been valuable, and have subsequently sent me on a path of further discovery back in the real world. ”
